At Cardinal

mortgage finance, including the loan origination, working closely with the
borrower, pre-qualifying the loan, verifying the credit and property aspects of
the loan, and making sure that you, the borrower is protected in all areas of
the loan.
We then present the loan to the Mortgage Lender for funding.
For providing this valuable service, the lender provides us with a
wholesale cost that makes it possible for you, the borrower, to
obtain the most competitive rate available.

constant touch with the borrower. We also know the importance of
getting the job done in a timely manner.

WE REPRESENT THE BORROWER NOT THE LOAN PROGRAM
Lenders from all over the country send us daily
rate quotes on their particular loan programs. However, many loan programs may
not fit the particular needs of the borrower. That is why working closely with

needs, and not the Lender's.
MULTIPLE LENDING SOURCES / ON-LINE

mortgage lending sources. Should your loan be turned down by one lender,
Cardinal , as your Mortgage
Consultant, will re-package your loan and submit it to another lender for
approval, at little or no cost to you the borrower.

On-Line Technology to communicate not only with our lenders but
to the agencies (such as Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac) that ultimatley purchase
these mortgages. This translates into unprecedented turn around time in getting
your mortgage closed.
